Welcome to Blooming Laine Boutique. I'm Tiffany, the owner and operator. We are a small business located online in West Central Georgia. I'm a wife and mother and love my little family hard! The name of my business originated from two things I love; flowers and my daughter's middle name.
It's been a dream of mine for quite some time to open my own boutique. I wanted to make fashion easy and practical while also still being stylish. Here at Blooming Laine Boutique, we want women to feel beautiful exactly how they are and feel confident in any season they may be in.
